01The Member Centre
One connected
member space.
A purposeful addition to an established platform. Registration, administrator approval and resource organisation come together in a dedicated Member Centre.
Our scope was the Member Centre functionality, membership systems, website improvements and ongoing support. The original website design and branding were developed separately.
02The challenge
More than a website.
ESA Queensland needed to extend its existing website with a dedicated digital space for members. The objective was to bring organisational resources into one accessible location while introducing member registration, controlled access and a manageable approval process.

Two clear entry points, with different jobs to do. Registration begins the membership approval process. Login gives approved members a way back to their resources.

Everything in its place.
A familiar structure makes a varied resource library easier to navigate. Clear category names bring governing documents, communications, officer resources and forms into one dedicated member space.
